Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Also known as pelvic floor physiotherapy, this involves the assessment and treatment of the muscles, connective tissue and fascia, ligaments, and nerves within the pelvic region. Pelvic health is a crucial part of your overall well-being, yet so many people live with discomfort, pain, or dysfunction without realizing there’s help available. Pelvic health physiotherapy focuses on assessing and treating issues related to the pelvic floor muscles, which play a key role in core stability, bladder and bowel control, sexual function, and overall movement.

Common Conditions We Treat with Pelvic Health Physiotherapy:

  • Urinary incontinence (bladder leakage)

    • Stress urinary incontinence - with activity like jumping, running, walking; coughing, sneezing, laughing; etc.

Paediatric Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy specifically to support infants, toddlers, and children as they develop strength, coordination, and motor skills - helping them reach important milestones and participate fully in the activities they love. Using standardized assessments and prioritizing your family’s goals, we work on a treatment plan together in order to help each child reach their full potential. Through play-based, engaging sessions right in your home, we focus on promoting healthy movement patterns and addressing any areas of delay or difficulty. Parents are always part of the process, learning simple ways to support their child’s progress every day.
